Ignited by the Spirit
“Divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit.”Acts 2:3–4
Carry the Fire
Knowing Jesus is about going and doing the things He did.
They Follow the First Light
YAHshua, our Messiah, was the exact representation of the Father; modeling for us what His love looks like on Earth, as it is in Heaven.
Together We Burn Brighter
They were unified in their primary and highest co-mission to bring good news to the poor; bind up the brokenhearted, and proclaim freedom for the oppressed and release from darkness for those in bondage; faithfully serving the least of these as though they were serving Jesus Himself.
Our Mission
Brave Saints Church exists to encourage and equip the Body of Christ in our journey to be conformed to the image of Yahshua Jesus’, our Savior, Messiah, and preeminent example of what the God of the Bible, YHWH, looks like as a flesh and blood person.
After Jesus' resurrection, ascension, and the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, the Church of the New Testament was set ablaze, going into the streets among poor and doing the things Jesus did.
We believe The Great Commission is a vital and integral aspect of our faith; to make disciples like Jesus did by going to the poor, lost, lonely, and brokenhearted and invite them to our tables and to follow us in ministry as we practice following His Way.
All followers of Jesus are referred to as saints in the Bible, not only a special few individuals throughout history.
Our Vision
All believers are temples of the Holy Spirit, a royal priesthood, adopted as co-heirs with Christ, ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven, and saints, holy and set apart for YHWH’s glory.
Isn’t that what we’re all longing for? A continual sense of awe seeing daily salvations, wonders of supernatural healing, restored lives, and abundant provision for everyone?
Because of His eternally trustworthy, unchangeable, supernatural promises to provide for us, our money and possessions can be repurposed to provide safe housing for at-risk women and children, to feed and care for the hungry and homeless, and to provide refuge for the stranger and alien. Is that not what it means to know YHWH, and to know His Son Jesus, and to know His Holy Spirit?
